By accessing and using our services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are designed to ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience for all our visitors, artists, and staff.

Please read these terms carefully before participating in any of our activities or using our facilities.

• This section applies to all ticket sales for events and shows presented by Fentakah, including stand-up comedy, improv, artistic talks, karaoke, and more.

• By purchasing, using, or attempting to use a ticket, the ticket holder is considered to have accepted these terms.

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

• All prices include VAT (Value Added Tax).

• By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with all the terms outlined here, as well as any additional rules set by the event organizer before or during the event.

• If an event is canceled or postponed by the organizer, the ticket value will be refunded as store credit to the customer.

• This credit may be used for the same event or a similar event of equal value.

• The credit must be used within 30 days of the cancellation date.

• In cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, a substitute event or credit may be offered instead of a cash refund.

• Visitors must follow all health guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health and the instructions of the Ministry of Culture and General Entertainment Authority.

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before showtime to ensure smooth entry and avoid delays.

• Ticket holders are responsible for verifying the event date, time, location, and age restrictions.

• Latecomers may be denied entry. No refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases.

• The organizer is not responsible for any physical injuries, illness, death, or loss/damage of personal belongings related to or resulting from the event.

• Attendees must respect public decency guidelines. The organizer reserves the right to remove any individual engaging in inappropriate behavior.

• Parking is provided by the Auto Moto commercial complex. Fentakah Theater does not manage or reserve parking spaces for guests.

• Professional cameras and video recording devices are strictly prohibited inside the theater.

• By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or recorded (audio/video) during the show. These materials may be published online or on social media platforms without any monetary compensation.

• Data may be collected during the event for safety, quality assurance, and operational development. This may include video recordings, photos, and attendance logs.

• By attending, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of this data for analytical, security, and promotional purposes.
