Loopagoon is a "LADIES" Water Park.
No "MALES" are allowed to enter the park.
Entry Restrictions for Boys:
Boys above the height of 120 cm and/or 7 years old and above are not allowed to enter the park.
Camera and Mobile Phone Policy:
Cameras and mobile phones are strictly not allowed to be used in the park to ensure the privacy of all guests.
Guests are required to check-in their mobile phone with the Park Mobile Phone Security Pouch before entering the park.
If the security pouch is damaged, a replacement fee of 300 SAR will apply.
Outside Food and Drinks:
All kinds of food and drinks are not allowed inside the park.
Security Checks:
All guests’ bags, parcels, clothing, and other items may be subject to screening or security checks at the park entrances, and if necessary, within the park.
Swimwear Policy:
Loopagoon enforces a strict “SWIM ATTIRE” policy.
Cotton and non-swimwear attire are not allowed when using park attractions.
Ticket Refund and Exchange Policy:
Tickets purchased are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
Ticket Date Policy:
Once a ticket is issued, the date cannot be CHANGED or AMENDED.
Prohibited Items:
The following are not allowed:
Dangerous or hazardous materials
Outside food and beverages
Cans or glass containers
Recreational devices with wheels (e.g., skateboards, shoes with wheels, scooters)
Any other items deemed illegal, dangerous, offensive, disruptive, or likely to impede park operations by management
Liability Disclaimer:
LOOPAGOON management shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, and/or consequential losses, damages, or injuries suffered by guests within the waterpark premises, whether arising from acts or omissions of LOOPAGOON, its staff, or other guests—whether negligent or otherwise.
Right of Refusal and Removal:
LOOPAGOON management reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to:
Deny entry to any person, or
Require any person to leave the park or any attraction,
without refund or compensation, in cases such as:
Failure to comply with park rules
Illegal, unsafe, or offensive conduct
Any situation deemed necessary by management
