In case of cancellations or no-shows at booked attractions, specific policies apply. For instance, SightScape reserves the right to restrict the use of the pass for a certain duration or count it as a no-show against the user's pass.

Passes are easily redeemable at attractions via a smartphone scan. Instructions to use the pass will be delivered to your email used at checkout. It could take up to 24 hours for you to receive your pass. Follow redemption instructions closely, and check your spam folder if the email is not found.
