The ticket price covers your entrance to enjoy a different experience in the area and live a unique atmosphere with your loved ones in the various seating areas and the distinctive atmosphere of Takyt Bahar, the area of restaurants, cafes and lounges, and the Boulevard of Takyt Bahar for shopping.

Notice: Children under 15 years old are not allowed to enter the New Year's Eve event.

Tickets are non refundable non changeable and non transferable.
On entry customer must display a valid photo identification document such as original national ID, driving license, or original passport along with matching name on the debit / credit card that was used for purchase.
It is the responsibility of the customer to be of the correct age required to enter the event.
It is customers responsibility to abide by the dress code set by the Event Organiser if any.
If the customer is declined entry by the Event Organiser for any reason Platinumlist is not liable to refund the tickets.

Non-attended events will not be refunded by Platinumlist.

المعامله عند الالعاب كانت مستفزه
تأخرت ف الطلعه مع بناتي ثنتينهم دقيقتين الا هو يقول استنو عليكم رسوم اضافيه قلت له سلامات دافعه ليكم ٧٠ ريال وحده لعمر ٦ سنوات والثانيه لعمر سنه ونص وبنفس سعر الكبيره ؟! بينما الكبيره لو لعبت بالالوان ولعبت بالصلصال بتكون تمام لان لعبت بكل الالعاب .. بينما الصغيره وش لهب غير بالزحليقه وجاي تقولي رسوم اضافيه على دقيقتين ؟! وين المنطق
رسوم ف الدخول وبرسوم عاليه جدا. يعني انا رح ادخل وبدفع ١٠٠ ف الدخول و ٢٠٠ ف الاكل و ١٠٠ ف الاعاب خلال ساعه وطلعت ! وجاي يحتسبني على الدقيقتين اللي تأخرناها ف الالعاب على بال ما اقنعتهم يطلعون مفروض فيه منطق بالموضوع خلو الدخول رمزي ب ١٥ للشخص وسوو دسكاونت لين كان العدد اكثر من ثلاث اشخاص .. تبون زباين ؟ وين التسويق عندكم وين الاسعار اللي تجذب وين العروض مافي هذي اخر مره اجي واتعنالكم مايستاهل حتى مجمه بس لان منتبهين للنظافه
