This section covers the sale of all tickets for the shows and events provided by Fantakah. The ticket holder agrees to these terms and conditions upon the issuance or use of the ticket, or the attempt to use it.

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

• All prices include VAT.

By purchasing this ticket, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions and to adhere to any other terms and conditions and restrictions of the organizer before or during the event.

In the event that an event is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled by the organizer, the ticket value will be refunded as a credit to the customer. This credit can be used for the same event or an event of the same type and value of the refunded tickets and must be used within a year from the ticket purchase date.

Please note that in the case of event cancellation due to circumstances beyond the organizer's control, Fantakah may offer a credit or alternative event, but a monetary refund is not guaranteed.

• We ask all our visitors to adhere to the health procedures set by the Ministry of Health as well as general policies of the Ministry of Culture and General Authority of Entertainment (GAE).

• For a smooth entry experience, we request everyone to arrive 15 minutes before the show.

• The ticket holder is responsible for verifying the event's date, time, location, and the allowed age.

• Ticket holders must arrive early at the event location. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to latecomers, in which case the ticket holder will not be entitled to a refund or any compensation.

• The organizer is not responsible for any physical injuries, illnesses, or death of any visitor (including the ticket holder) or the loss or damage of personal belongings caused by or related to the event.

• Acknowledgment and adherence to the public decency regulations are required.

• The organizer has the right to expel anyone who, in the opinion of the organizer, exhibits behavior that is considered inappropriate.

• The entry of professional photography and video cameras into the theater is prohibited.

• The ticket holder, as an attendee of the event, agrees to appear in photographs, video recordings, and audio clips recorded during the show, which may be used and published on the internet, social media, and other promotional materials without compensation.

• We collect certain data during the event for safety, quality assurance, and operational purposes. By attending, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of this data, which may include video recordings, behavioral analytics, and general attendance records. This information may be used for internal analysis, security monitoring, and promotional activities.

• The resale of tickets is strictly prohibited.
