• Make sure you've redeemed all the attractions on your pass. 
• Report your claim within 7 days of your last scan to SightScape.

• Each attraction can only be experienced once within a pass
• Passes are only accessible through the SightScape app
• Passes can’t be transferred once activated 
• For security purposes, the validity of using the pass is temporarily suspended for an hour or for the duration of the activity after each use.

In case of cancellations or no-shows at booked attractions, specific policies apply. For instance, SightScape reserves the right to restrict the use of the pass for a certain duration or count it as a no-show against the user's pass.
